Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WiseDeals.uk (the "Site") and any orders you place with us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About us
Wise Deals ("we", "us", "our") is a retailer of certified renewed and new consumer electronics operating in the United Kingdom. If you need to contact us, please email support@wisedeals.uk.
2. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.
3. Products & pricing
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate (currently 20%).
- We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, including cosmetic grade for renewed items. Minor variation in colour or wear is expected on renewed devices.
- Where a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mispricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment taken.
- Stock is limited. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted.
4. Orders & contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline any order at our discretion, in which case any payment authorised will be released or refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via our payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Free UK delivery applies on orders of £50 or more; a flat £4.99 fee applies otherwise.
7. Warranty
Renewed devices carry the warranty period stated on the product page (typically 12 months) covering hardware faults not caused by accidental damage, liquid damage or unauthorised repair. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
8. Returns & refunds
See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to return an item and how refunds are processed.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
10. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force on the date of your order applies to that order.
